General Service

What is within the scope of general service?

One half of maintenance agreement is general servicing, which is made up of 4 services: call center, IT service, control service, and mechanical service. The 4 services cover all other required maintenance that will ensure your operating experience with our systems is seamless.

AMW has a team set up to oversee each of the four services.

24/7 Call Center
We have a 24/7 call center service with service engineers ready provide recommendations / solutions to your system’s problems. If the on call engineer is unable to find an immediate solution, we will transfer the problem to an internal expert to address the problem.

IT Service
As soon as our team is notified by the call center that the client has encountered a problem, the IT team will remotely connect to audit and solve the issue.

Control Service
The control team works with the IT team. When there is a need for a additional machinery to be manufactured, the control team will support the IT team in fulfilling that request.

Mechanical Service
The mechanical service team has experience in manufacturing machines in the ASRS. We produce spare parts and will generally be able to reach your warehouse within one day of receiving a call

Within preventive maintenance we offer lubrication, machine realignment, and electricity/machine audits to ensure that our systems are working regularly. In addition, we also check for temperature, vibrations, noises, and damaged parts.
